Why Early Access?

“I've decided to open up Early Access to begin a journey with a community rather than just myself. With Witches Vs. Demons I believe I've created something with quite the potential to scale into one of the funnest VR Rage Dungeon Crawlers out there with that good old Raiding feel Boss Battles.
What I've decided to do is upload a build, it has all of the levels open and available, but only if you can manage to progress each level naturally. I've not included a Save System with this build for a few reasons, first, I did not wish for players progress to be easily obtainable, this should feel just like a Classical Rage title, only with the feel of an RPG Raid Dungeon Crawler synergetically included.
Since its planned Launch Date is for the 29th of October, lining up with the latest possible day Launchable near Halloween, I'm honestly curious if people can team up, and actually beat the title before the projected launch date.
While doing so, I will also show the community that joins how active the developer is behind this flagship title, and the willpower combo'd with knowledge showcasing vast improvements, additional features, and scaling capabilities for future releases.

Over the course of Early Access these improvements will be made(Not ordered by priority):

Achievements from Steam will Sync to your Player Name in-game, allowing granted titles that will be permanently stored, once obtained, usable forever.

For Witches Vs. Demons, the goal is to release Seasonal Rage Dungeon Crawls, with increased complexity each new Season.
Each Season will have 10 Dungeon and/or Raid Boss Battles.


In addition to that, Early Access would help support increasing the overall quality of the title Post Release, while also helping gauge the Flagship funding goals earnings for the main project, a Lifelike VR MMORPG.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“It has All of the Dungeons Readily Available, you may Host, and others may Join on you.
Or you may play Single Player to test your Might.
Ever Demons must be destroyed to advance to the next Dungeon, and you must walk through the next Portal to venture forward.

There is NO Save System, and that is by design. The only thing that will be kept is your Achievements Earned, and that will be Set from your Steam Achievements.
It's All or Nothing.
Your 8 Person Group will either Succeed Every Level, and Boss... Or not.

However, if you Wipe as a Group, if you are Still Within Your Groups Playthrough, You Will Respawn Within the Level You All Wiped In.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Upon release, the pricing will raise reflecting the overall efforts placed into creating this title, and improvements on the title to be seen over the years.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I will be handling everything related to the above checklist, and as updates come in many shapes and forms I will be relying on the community for feedback, and additional feature requests, the sky is the limit, so shoot the requests, if it's viable I'll discuss with the community the impact(Pro's/Con's of implementation), and if it's not, explain why it's not viable.
It's all about transparency, and I think it's about time a title gave that, plus some good updates packed with improvements.”

About This Game

Welcome to our Steam Page for Witches Vs. Demons Adventurers!

Witches Vs. Demons is a VR Rage Dungeon Crawler based around using SteamVR to build an immersive gameplay experience.
Players will fight their way through the hordes of demons, crawling through the Abyss Dungeons to gain access to new boss encounters, while gaining loot along the way to boost your character's combat prowess.
The first edition of Witches Vs. Demons will have 10 playable levels, unique boss encounters with raid level mechanics for single players, and scaling difficulty leading into multiplayer content.

After the official Launch of Witches Vs. Demons we will work on pushing DLC's for new Boss encounters, and dungeons to facilitate the community's desires, so please leave feedback or suggestions for future development goals!

This title was developed by one developer, with the aim of releasing seasonal dungeons for those achievement hunters.
The current plan is to add 3 more volumes(10 levels each) of DLC content over the next two years, making it one of the most robust VR Raiding experiences around!
